Another fun place! After drinking at another bar, we relocated here for some more drinks, music and food!
To start this review, I have to mention that their chicken wings are very good. I wish I got them. I was doubtful but after seeing them and getting to try one, man they were good! Next time.
We got a table right by the stage which was great. They were just starting to set up. Service was pretty slow, but since the band we saw was popular, the place was pretty busy. Unfortunately we were all pretty buzzed, and very hungry. The food took a pretty long time.
I just opted for a couple beers, but they so indeed have good daquiris. the pina colada is my fave. For food we got the shrimp and crab dip, and I ordered the shrimp caesar wrap with sweet potato fries (because I had not yet known how good the wings were). Both the dip and the wrap were very good. The wrap was large and the shrimp were perfectly done, the sweet potato fries were also a good choice.
This is a great place to catch a buzz and enjoy a meal. They have a great patio and a very large inside area with a stage area, large bar area, and gaming area. -

Can't speak to the food here, but I can say the place was Fun! (with a capital F ! ) The Spazmatics were the band and they brought the energy with them, it was electric as soon as we walked in! I was laughing and smiling the entire time I was there!
Service was also outstanding, we were greated at the door, and ushered to a table right up front, then the drinks kept coming. Full bar so you don't have to have the old school fluorescent daiquris, you can order up anything you like!
If you like to dance and be in a crowd of super nice peeps, this place is for you, go kick up your heels and have FUN! -

This place is probably a little underrated. That is if you like obnoxious frozen drinks that make you feel like an 18 year old on Spring Break. Luckily I do..sometimes.
The happy hour here makes up for the mediocrity of the food and ambiance and experience. Mixing up your own concoction of frozen sugar and rum is just way too fun to pass up. Of course if you're feeling less than creative they have lists of options for you all with fun cheeky beachy names.
This is a great afternoon hang out with a good group of friends. -

If you are looking for a fun place to play pool or air hockey then this is your place. Also the frozen drinks are great. The food is sub par bar quality. We left half of our meal uneaten. Also and more annoying; our waitress delivered our food and then slapped the bill on the table proclaiming that her shift was over. Before we took 3 bites she returned basically demanding payment. I suppose she thought she was cute enough to skip professional service. We spent good money for a sub par experience. They need to train their staff better.

Upon recommendations of a friend, we decided to try the Daiquiri Shak as we were intrigued by the prospect of all the choices of frozen drinks. The restaurant was able to seat us right away on a Wednesday night as t wasn't busy at all, which probably should have been our first sign as it right smack in the middle of spring break.
They were out of strawberry daiquiris and so that eliminated a ton of choices on the menu and left with only one choice for the non alcoholic version. Ok, we can work around that but super disappointing when daiquiri is in the name of your restaurant.
The good: the grouper nugget appetizer, the shrimp, crab and artichoke dip, the seafood au gratin. Also the price of the double cheeseburger was a good value for the size of this sandwich.
The bad: the daiquiris didn't seem to have much alcohol in them? That might have helped with everything that happened before we got our food if our drinks were a little stiffer. ;)
French fries had no flavor, grouper sandwich had no flavor, and even the rice and beans were just bland. (I still haven't had a good grouper sandwich and we have been to two restaurants in the Remington/Madeira area)
We had a group of 9 and two people at our table didn't get our food with the rest of the group. We were finished with our food for 10 minutes plus before they received their food, then the grouper wasn't fried as ordered and the steak on the salad was way over cooked.
I don't know if the restaurant was understaffed or what but when I worked in a restaurant and someone was having a bad experience, a visit by the manager to diffuse the tension always helped to work wonders!
The manager did make our bill right but it was a very disappointing experience. We had been super excited to try this restaurant and experience yummy daiquiris but it ended as a laughable night that will be memorable but not for the reasons that this establishment will want.
